Evening Paddles
A leisurely Paddle that begins with a mini-lesson on the basics of Stand Up Paddleboarding(SUP). Then, off to explore the beautiful landscape of the Guilford Shoreline. We may paddle down the East river with a stop at Grass Island, or over to the West River with a stop to admire Chaffinch Island. Or, perhaps explore different areas. This class is an hour class and is a great way to bond with your special someone, or have a fun adventure with friends. Or, maybe you just want some well deserved "me" time!
$25 or Float in on your own board and join us!
Paddlefit
A fitness paddle that starts on-land to warm up with some work in the sand, and then on the water to paddle. The best of both worlds!

SUP Yoga
Experience your yoga practice in a completely new way. Spend time getting acquainted with the SUP boards and the basics of the sport. Then paddle out to begin our floating asana practice. You will enjoy playing with the challenges of finding your balance, breath, lightness, fluidity, strength, playfulness and sense of humor while moving through Vinyasa sequences afloat!
Begin with seated breathwork and centering. Seated, standing and reclined postures; Sun Salutations, backbends and a possible inversion(?), Then Relax on the board for a Savasana-float.
This Yoga class is beginner-friendly, although, seasoned practitioners will have fun playing with their edge. Here is a great link to an article of what to expect from SUP Yoga:

Full Moon Paddles
Headlamps, Glow Sticks and the beautiful moon guiding our way for this relaxing paddle. Enchanting doesn't even come close to describe this experience. Register early because classes fill up.
